Enter the schedule.
Type it in, or upload the file you already have and point out which column is the date, the title and the place.

Publish one feed per section.
Each section gets its own feed that can be subscribed to in any calendar app.

Show it on the website.
The feed can be shown on the troop's own site with a single line of code, even if the site is a locked-down WordPress where you can't install plugins.

Solstig
Term schedules that stay in sync
Solstig is a tool for scout troops that want to keep the term schedule in one place and have it show up wherever parents and scouts look.
Illustration: Solstig in a browser window, with the Explorers' autumn schedule published, and the same schedule in a subscribed calendar on a phone. The schedule:
- Wednesday, September 2, 18:00: Knots and campfire, Scout hut
- Wednesday, September 9, 18:00: Map exercise in the woods, Haga woods
- Saturday, September 12, 09:30: Day hike, bring a packed lunch, Tyresta
- Wednesday, September 16, 18:00: First aid, Scout hut
The problem
The term schedule usually lives in a spreadsheet, a PDF and a calendar invite, and sometimes on the troop's website. When a date changes, someone has to remember to change it everywhere. Often nobody does.
Illustration: the same schedule in three copies. In the spreadsheet, Map exercise in the woods moves from September 9 to September 10. The PDF and the calendar invite still show the old date, September 9.
How it works
When the leader changes a date, it changes everywhere.
Who it's for
Solstig is built for scout troops. Section leaders enter the schedule, and the troop's webmaster sets up the display on the website once.
The interface is in Swedish and English, and the schedule itself can be written in both languages.
Status
Solstig is under construction and not open to everyone yet.
