This website
The website solstig.com uses no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are read. The tool uses no cookies and does not follow individual visitors. The typeface is served from our own server, not from Google. Cloudflare runs the website and may, as part of that, process visitors’ IP addresses in technical logs.
The Solstig service
People who use the service sign in with their email address and a one-time code sent to it. We store the email address, a name if the user has entered one, which troop and section the user belongs to, and their role.
The schedules that leaders enter, with dates, titles, places and descriptions, are stored as well. That data belongs to the troop, which is responsible for what is entered. We recommend not putting personal data about scouts or guardians in schedule texts, because schedules can be published openly.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. You can also object to the processing or ask us to restrict it. Contact us at [email protected]. If you think we are handling data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
